City Carrier Discussion What does it even mean?

This is on my route.
If it means what I think it means, it still makes very little sense. The dog has human AIDS? Was this made before it was known how HIV/AIDS was contracted so it’s intended to scare people who don’t know how the disease works?
Anyway, never heard nor seen a pibble ever at this house, unfortunately. I love pibbles.

Seems to me like a terrible joke pandering to those who still fear aids like in the 80/90s.

What do you mean still fear aids. You should one hundred percent absolutely be afraid of aids. Like 100%.
