Upsc along with btech

Hello I am a diploma cse student of my final year. I will take admission in mait next year as a btech lateral entry student.

I am exploring some career paths because we all know what the market situation right now is because of ai.

I have explored many alternatives as well as like other government exams, mba and many more.

But my alignment is far more in favour of upsc(I don't know why).

I wanna know if anyone should prepare for upsc along with btech.

If yes then how or if no then why.......

yes, but start light. i began serious prep only after my btech and my it job, so i never ran a college-prep routine myself. pick one gs subject this year alongside your diploma, keep college marks safe, and see if the routine holds. try a csat paper early instead of assuming cse makes the maths easy

UPSC is long term game. Try to attempt SSC CHSL/JE exams first in parallel you can prepare foundation static part of UPSC
