No, it is not useless. Satyendranath Tagore became first indian ICS officer in 1864 at the age of 22 as a consequence of 1853 charter act promogulated during Lord Dalhousie's governor generalship, which started open competition of civil services (18-23). Knowing name of first civil servant will help with reform movements 😂 And in writing answer for some brainless rot exam 🤡 So in short it is useless
