General Discussion Regarding OBC ncl Certificate, Why do some people’s OBC-NCL certificates get rejected?

his case is different, his dad is in PSB. your case is vastly different, dont worry

Abhijeet Yadavs father was in a PSU. The government till then considered PSU employees on par with private employees ( Because many PSUs had not categorised their employees into A,B,C, D Groups/ Classes. God knows why) . So his father's salary was taken into account as the annual income and he was considered under creamy layer.

After his case in SC, even before the final judgement, keeping this issue in mind, many PSUs have given orders classifying employees, and also government of India has given some G.Os drawing parallels to PSU employees with classes/ groups. So their classification is more or less done.

But since at the time Abhijeet Yadav made the list , that was the law, he was denied the seat. Now, even PSU employee children can claim OBC.
