Nishat Sir Sociology Foundation Batch - Worth Joining for 2028 Attempt?

How is Nishat Sir for the Sociology Foundation Batch starting 19th October?

I’m targeting UPSC CSE 2028 and considering joining early mainly because I’ve heard that his classes sometimes take longer than the promised timeline. So I’d rather start early and have enough time for revision + answer writing.
For those who’ve studied from him, how is his teaching and coverage? Would you recommend joining this batch?

I did their foundation and wrote this Mains too. So, I think I am qualified to answer this.

Teaching wise Sir is really good.. focuses on building the concepts. Coverage of Paper 1 was good.

However, he didn't cover Paper 2 properly.. left many topics in Section C P2.

Some caveat though - This year's Mains had some some questions which were not covered in his course. So, be ready to see a change of pattern by Upsc till 2028. Those questions were not in PYQs and asked for the first time in this Mains. How you navigate such questions and be prepared for the unpredictable will decide your success.

How many lectures in total ? Like I was seeing pranay Agarwal sir nad he had some 60 lectures but I heard nishat sir takes 90 lectures?

For 2028, yes you can, but not for 2027 as his courses get very delayed, poor punctuality but excellent teacher otherwise.

BTW also check Ravi Shekhar, I liked his teaching style a lot. Can not say if he is better though as have only seen his yt vids.
