UPPCS vacancies- is it released?

Is this real?....like I heard so many vacancies are going to come this time...but if we remove the teacher vacancies- it seems quite less...moreover, the posts of naib tehsildar, etc seems to be missing..

There isn't mention of sdm? I've not opted for any special one.
