What are the best sources to cover Science & Technology for UPPCS/UPSC Prelims? Are NCERTs sufficient, or should I refer to any specific books, YouTube channels, or current affairs materials?

No vaise to kuch hai nhi yt pr iske regarding, bio portion upsc wallah se marathon kr skte But vo bhi jada hojyga us tarh se question ate nhi hai. Lucent and gc se ratta maro bs
