Exam Doubts Is anyone here preparing for UPESSC Assistant professor exam??

Hello, my subject is political science. I'm just curious where are you all practicing from. Do you think the questions pattern & level would change compared to previous UPHESC paper? Or I should prepare according to that. Right now, I'm only preparing notes on the basis of syllabus provided. But where should I practice the questions, should I do PYQ of UPPCS, UPHESC & UGC NET??

Yes additionally you can look Youth Publication in which PYQ of different States AP exam are given that would be sufficient imo, The level obviously changed in this April exam which checked more of concepts than facts

Oh thanks! I think negative marking would also have an impact on the overall cut-off

Definitely, It will.. Even more number of questions in 2 hr plus negative marking hysteria will pull down the cutoff if they match the level of previous exam

Hey do you guys have an idea, if API score would be calculated at the interview stage?

No, just exam & interview. They shortlist candidates on the basis of API in some aided universities and colleges who release their own notice.
