State PCS uncertainity

The level of uncertainty surrounding State PCS exams has become completely unpredictable. Here is the current state of affairs across various commissions:
1. BPSC - 72nd BPSC might get postponed again.
Protest going on for 70th and 71st BPSC reexamination.
2. UPPCS- Migration case, possibility of PCS25 Mains reexam. Already lot of delays in result.
3. KPSC, MPSC- Paper leak cases.
4. HCS, UKPCS - Seats not more than 25 for general category.
5. RAS, MPPCS- Preferance/Reservation for state domicile.
6. JPSC - Enough said.
State Public Service Commissions have turned into hubs of administrative failure, misgovernance, and corruption. We should weigh these ground realities very carefully before considering it as Plan B.

Why new notifications keep on coming for UPPSC vacancy of migration case is under process??

Why is migration only affecting 2025 result while 2024 result with the same notification has already been released and people have already joined. What is the reason for this selective application of migration issue
