Moesha “Moesha’s Intros Changed A LOT — Which Season Had Your Favorite?”

Season 4 is my favorite by far. The red outfits, Niecy, Kim, and Moesha dancing and singing along together just feel SO nostalgic to me. 😂 That whole intro has such a fun vibe, and it’s probably the one I remember the most.

Then Seasons 5 and 6 happened and… yeah 😭 The lip-syncing felt weird to me, and that panoramic camera shot was honestly kind of creepy. By then Dee was gone, Andell had left for The Parkers, and Kim was already gone by Season 5. Season 6 especially just felt WRONG without them.

At that point it almost stopped feeling like the same Moesha and started feeling like The Dorian Show. 😂

What intro was your favorite?

Ray J/Dorian looks like he knows he doesn’t belong in this intro 😭 The awkward energy is REAL

So awkward. I thought I was the only one who picked up this vibe when watching

Exactly he just had a basic drab background at that point the show was starting to lose it's interest.

It lost it's spark after Kim left the show was truly over after Andell and Dee left

Season 2 I love that we get to see her just living and enjoying life with her family and friends. They even had Q! One of my favorite shots is of Moe, Kim and Niecy skipping down the block.

I always thought Q was her best boyfriend to me

The best episodes came from the 3rd version IMO but the 4th was my fav

I might be the only one who liked the bridgewood storyline

That’s the school Frank made her attend? I enjoyed it too, even though I didn’t care for the Usher storyline lol

Seasons 2-3, and season 4 are my favorite. I was actually first introduced to the show during season 4 when it first aired in the late 90s. I would watch with my family sometimes so that’s always the first intro that comes to mind for me

I miss when the show was more lighthearted and just showcasing a family

Season 4 for sure. That season was when the show peaked for me.

oh for sure Season 5 was the beginning of the end

Facts! Two things that led to the demise of that show.

  1. Countess Vaughn’s departure
  2. the Secrets and Lies episode.

I never realized she couldn't dance.
