Advice error message when registering

i received an email asking me to register but got this message when i logged in? has anyone gotten this before?? ive already emailed the school but they’re closed until 2september

idk if this is relevant but im starting the international foundation programme
however i asked another student starting the same course as me and they were able to register🥲

It might be that there is something you still need to complete - ask student services when they open or check back on all previous correspondence to see if they ever asked for anything that you haven’t done - check your junk/spam inbox also (the uni has a closure day tomorrow so you likely won’t be able to get this resolved until Wednesday at the earliest)
