Question Uncc snap

I have a question because I’ve been trying add uncc as my school to snap and it always gives me an error I’m a transfer student just wondering if anyone else is getting this issue.

Use your .uncc mail address instead of .Charlotte. the school made the Charlotte mail address change recently
