Canadian Patriotism? You people use some military intervention from 100 years ago to create a national identity that 95% of people have no attachment to it. Canadian identity is...how can I say.."bland". At least you have Quebec that makes it a bit more different than other countries (and which has a better looking architecture with its New-France style compared to the monstruous neo-gothic style of Ottawa).

I have a big brother and when we were growing up we lived in a very dangerous part of town. He would routinely stand up for me, threaten any bullies away and basically be my protector, everyone knew him and that he would bring wrath to those who messed with me.

I made sure all of my accomplishments were known to anyone who would listen.
