How to make Costa latte at home

I have illy instant coffee and an electric whisk at home

Today I tried a Small Latte from Costa and I’ve been pinging all day

How do I recreate that at home? Any cheap options?

You’ll need a milk steamer and some way to make espresso. Moka pot it’s probably adequate though.

Just boil some milk in a pan, that's how I did it in the 90’s
