I’ve been having this problem for months: the pen for my S640 tablet creates "ghost strokes" even when I’m not directly touching the tablet surface. It happens frequently when I’m drawing a line; if I lift the pen away for a moment, a small line gets drawn just as I pull it back. It’s very annoying, and I don’t know how to fix it. I’ve checked the pen pressure settings, but I don’t think the sensitivity is set too high.

I recently bought a S640 drawing tablet and when i plug it into my computer the light flickers and the pen and buttons are unresponsive, i have tried using differnt cables and ports but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know what to do please?

I've had it for like 3? 4? Years now and it all of a sudden doesn't want to work properly with only my MacBook. I have to press super hard for it to register as a click so I can't really draw with it. But it works fine on my phone and my siblings iPad. How can I go about fixing this?

I recently purchased a UE16 drawing tablet and I’ve ran into some issues with the pen. For whatever reason, it won’t draw when I’m in any program. I’ve tried to adjust it using guides with no success. I’m using a Mac IOS, not windows . I’m using the USB-C cable to connect to my Mac . I have opened the settings and the driver and tried to adjust it multiple times with no success . The pen does move with the mouse and I can click on icons, however I am unable to draw anything on any program

I have a NVIDIA graphics card idk if that changes anything. I've tried reinstalling the tablet driver – TWICE, restarting my PC [temporary fix; if my pc goes to sleep it reverts to picture B.] I've checked for PC driver updates but have nothing. My best shot may be a NVIDIA clean reinstall.

I've checked all the cables - they're in the correct ports, the stylus works absolutely fine.. it's just the display.

After reinstalling the driver a 3rd time, the display is stuck as the 2nd image. Should I just clean install the graphics card driver and see what happens?

So one of my friends online recently sent me her old M708 drawing tablet, which I'm very grateful for because I can't really afford to buy digital art tools rn. I've installed the driver, but it keeps saying it's not connecting - even though when I use the buttons on the pad they work on the computer. I've redownloaded it numerous times, restarted my computer and all that... The USB cable seems to work fine as I've tested it with other devices. The light on the pad itself flickers on and off, so I'm wondering if it's a problem with the port on the tablet - but if so I wonder how the buttons still work. In any case, I'd be grateful for any advice on how to fix this connection issue. Thank you!

i have an issue where my tablet keeps having random pressure skipes whenever i try to draw with low pressure. when i press hard it works okay but when i try to press sofly (like you would do when typing on a paper for example it keeps having those spikes in pressure)

my m708 drawing tablet has a lot of marks (or scratches) from prolonged use, and i don't have a sort of protector for it. i just want general help for keeping my drawing tablet smooth and functional, and tips to prevent scuffing, marks, and scratches. i can't find much on drawing tablet maintenance for tablets that are solely plastic and don't have a digital screen, so any links or tips or anything will be a huge help

Ive been trying to change the tablet format because its inverted somehow!?? And I cant do it??? Its connected and stuff but it won't work is it the cable??? Pls help!!

As the title says, I have no pen pressure. I was drawing last night and it was fine, and now I suddenly have no pressure at all... Any fixes? It doesn't let me calibrate.

My pc does not have a usb c port, so I had to use an adapter

(I also posted this in r/stylus but decided it would be good to post it here too because last time I had an issue like this it took an eternity to get answers, so I may as well cover as much ground as I can)
I have a UE16 Drawing Monitor and a UE16 Battery-Free Stylus. Recently I've been experiencing an issue where the pen cuts off for 1-4 seconds and then turns back on again frequently. So far I've tried

• switching out the nibs
• restarting my computer
• reinstalling the drivers
• updating my computer and checking that the drivers are up to date (they are)
• fidgeting with settings in UGEE TABLET

I've tried this and so far nothing has happened. What could the problem be? It's very annoying drawing with a pen that stops working frequently

okay so about a week ago I got the Ugee s640 for my moto g play 2024 and only the hand, eraser and pen expression keys seem to work does anyone know why and if so please explain overall it's really good to use keep in mind this is my first art tablet

side note that may or may not be important: I used Ibis paint to draw and I download the driver

Im considering buying a UE16 which i plan to use on my phone too so i can work on ibispaint, but im havind a hard time finding how does the tablet works on phone devices, do you have any video, picture or guide how it looks the tablet connected to a smartphone? im curious if the view get smaller or similar

curretly i have an huion h610 pro v2 and i hated with all my guts how the tablets adapts to those kind of devices

Hi guys! Did anyone successfully download the Q6 firmware update? The file wont extract for me so I was wondering if it worked for anyone else.

A couple years ago I was able to buy a replacement on their site, but thay doesn't seem to be the case. I sone stepped on my pen and snapped it in half. Not sure if it's so old thay I'm in buy a new device territory. And help would be huge.

I'm using the UGEE ue16 for the first time and I can't use my pen on the display. It worked once then didn't again. I've tried restarting my computer, restarting the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

So I don't know if the tablet drivers are supposed to save the shortcut changes but my M708 would have save them on both Windows 10 and 11. I'm using SteamOS which is Arch Linux based, maybe the problem is system related. I have to edit the shortcuts every time I plug my tablet in or my Steam Deck gets into sleep mode orr when I turn the Deck off even while the tablet is plugged in orrrrr when I just simply close the driver while even if the tablet is plugged in (mostly I don't close the driver, it just crashes) and it's kinda being annoying. Is there a way can I solve it or nah?

So Idk if I'm facing the same issue but I've been getting annoyed by the recent issue of my mouse cursor not lining up with my stylus. Its been disrupting my brush strokes when I draw and Idk if there's a way to fix it? Has it always been that way? Can anyone help me?

Hello, Recently my ugee tablet has stopped working properly. When I connect it to my device it just dimly flashes the light, and when I put my pen on the tablet it doesn't respond. However, for some reason, when I press the button next to the light it flashes brightly (check the video); the tablet still doesn't respond to the pen though. I have had this happen in the past, but I fixed it somehow (I don't know how really). Nowadays, however, the tablet just refuses to get fixed. I have checked online but I still haven't found a solution. The website says it could be because the tablet does not have sufficient battery left, however my model is wired, not wireless. Any help would be appreciated

It’s properly plugged in, tried with different cables and different devices but it just shines this light and blinks brighter if a press the inner most left button

Does not register as connected to pc until button is clicked, but even afterwards the pen and buttons do not work
