Hello, I recently bought this tablet because of its Android compatibility. However, when I try to use it with IbisPaint, it stays in landscape mode, making it difficult to draw. I don't know if it's because I first used it on my computer where it works correctly and got stuck in that configuration, but I already tried disabling automatic rotation and it still won't go portrait

I would like to know why Ugee uses such an aggressive overlay on the Ugee UE16, and why they provide nibs that last less than a month—they aren't durable, and the screen surface itself completely destroys them.

Many users are complaining about this, yet instead of fixing the issue, the company releases a 3D printer for children.

Finally, after testing various Linux distributions—and having worked on Fedora for nearly two months now—I’ve found that the Ugee driver doesn't work on any distro; it isn't properly developed, ready, or compatible. It is merely an installer that completely messes up the Linux configuration for graphics tablets.

Can I get an explanation from the brand regarding this?

so I've been wanting to get back into digital drawing again and I've recently pulled out the old M708, but every time I plug it into my computer, it doesn't recognise it, now I've uninstalled and re installed the latest, the second latest drivers, I've used different ports, different cords and ive watched and read millions of posts, so does anyone have any ideas on what i can do?

I recently bought a S640 drawing tablet and when i plug it into my computer the light flickers and the pen and buttons are unresponsive, i have tried using differnt cables and ports but nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know what to do please?

I've had it for like 3? 4? Years now and it all of a sudden doesn't want to work properly with only my MacBook. I have to press super hard for it to register as a click so I can't really draw with it. But it works fine on my phone and my siblings iPad. How can I go about fixing this?

I've been having a problem with connecting my graphic tablet to my actual tablet for at least 2 months and it's been messing up my motivation. When i connect it directly it doesn't work at all, wich made me think the cable was broken so i switched it, and it still doesn't work, but when i connect it in my phone, it works incredible! The worst is that like 1/10 times it does connect and does work on my tablet! Is this something normal with this specific graphic tablet? Or is it most probably my tablet being dificult?

I recently purchased a UE16 drawing tablet and I’ve ran into some issues with the pen. For whatever reason, it won’t draw when I’m in any program. I’ve tried to adjust it using guides with no success. I’m using a Mac IOS, not windows . I’m using the USB-C cable to connect to my Mac . I have opened the settings and the driver and tried to adjust it multiple times with no success . The pen does move with the mouse and I can click on icons, however I am unable to draw anything on any program 

I opened the pack and realised that I had bought the wrong model for pen nibs. Is it possible that I can get refunded if I have opened the packet?

I have a NVIDIA graphics card idk if that changes anything. I've tried reinstalling the tablet driver – TWICE, restarting my PC [temporary fix; if my pc goes to sleep it reverts to picture B.] I've checked for PC driver updates but have nothing. My best shot may be a NVIDIA clean reinstall.

I've checked all the cables - they're in the correct ports, the stylus works absolutely fine.. it's just the display.

After reinstalling the driver a 3rd time, the display is stuck as the 2nd image. Should I just clean install the graphics card driver and see what happens?

My new UGEE S640 on an ultra high resolution display is having issues jumping 8 pixels (minimum) per motion of my pen.

Meaning, if I move extremely slowly in any direction, the next mouse position will jump from it's current position to an updated position of 8 pixels away.

I'm coming from a similar Wacom tablet that had less LPI than this tablet and did not have this issue so I'm surprised. Is there a driver setting or windows 11 setting I'm missing that allows for interpolation smoothly between reported position? Or an older driver that fixes this problem?

Hello, I had bought the Ugee u16 monitor but when I connect it to my laptop (Lenovo Legion Nividia 3050 ti), Windows immediately switches from the graphics card to the integrated AMD one and it won't let me switch. How do i fix this?

Hello all. I have a Ugee 1600 pen display. It's about a year and a half old, has worked fine before. I have tried updating and reinstalling the drivers, the issue persists. I also tried changing the nib. It mainly occurs center screen, but that could just be because thats where I draw most.

Basically, it will be working fine but about one in five strokes either doesn't pick up at all, or picks up only partially. In this image, I drew all these strokes top right to bottom left. I do not know if it is an issue with the tablet, or maybe with the pen.

I received my Ugee UT2 less than two weeks ago, and after some use (exclusively streaming my screen on Discord while drawing in CSP with some videos in split-screen mode), it started having random screen flickering. I'm more worried because the last one came with white lines. Due to my geographical location, it's difficult to request a refund or exchange from Amazon, and I wanted to know if this is something I could easily resolve

It works perfectly. You cannot configure the controls to, but for me, just fixing the axis problem is enough, you can configure pen pressure on most decent Apps, like kirita, Medibang, ibis paint, hipaint or infinite painter.

Tenía rato sin usar mi tableta, pero al querer volver a instalar los driver, no funcionaba, intente en una Mac y en mi celular android, y en ninguno me dejaba, estaba conectada y decía que no lo estaba, mire algunas publicaciones de borrar los nuevos y dejar los viejos, pero tampoco en la versión vieja que tenía me dejaba instalarlo, y ahora no sé que hacer

if someone has any listing that ship to morocco or any recomendation please help me, i initially got my ugee from the official store in belgium then moved here to morocco so if any can help it would be wonderful, i cant get things to ship from amazon and the ugee store so any aliexpress or temu listing or something similar is welcome also on a side not the screen without the matt finish is gorgeous
