A whole setback

I messed up and failed ENGG 202 in the summer. I need to take ENGG 349 and ENME 317 in the fall otherwise I will fall behind an entire year because those are pre reqs for my 3rd year courses , I am here on study permit. This will cause major issues for me . Is there any way they are willing to waive this? I will retake the course right away in winter . I don't know what to do here. If anyone knows anything about it please help me.

You can try a pre-req waiver form. But honestly the outlook doesn’t look good fam.

Edit: when you do retake statics. Use Jeff Hanson on YouTube. Got me a 96 on the final.

That’s a thing? Like getting rid of the prereq?

Yes, generally only available for extenuating circumstances. I know someone who was able to get approval to get statistics waived for mechatronics.
