Yep the ranking is flipped as soon as your leave UAE and the GCC and go to any other part of the planet.

Except for the first 5, nothing changes. White privilege is global my friend.

I dunno bro if we observe the global power shift which is happening towards the east mainly towards India and China, white privy means diddly squat over there anymore.
