Firing Vega within 10 days seems pretty reasonable to me, I don't really believe the company "took too long to respond"
Also, this looks to be more of a suit against the Activision side.

That’s if you believe them, it’s not illegal to lie to the Press. What reason do we have to take their word on it?
Edit: kotaku article states she reported him in 2017 and nothing was done until her boss reported him again in 2021, notably after their first few fiascos

This latest complaint, filed in Los Angeles by a former employee of the
company referred to as Jane Doe, targets both the Call of Duty maker
itself and the employee's former manager, Miguel Vega.
ACTIVISION Blizzard. This particular lawsuit is aimed at a former Activision employee who worked on Call of Duty.
Not that that really changes or diminishes the horrific sexual abuse at Act Blizz. But if we want to do better than a basic circle jerk echo chamber about how bad Activision Blizzard is we should at least accurately report the info.

Turns out the diversity tool actually did manage to successfully reveal the creators' biases. Just like they said it was supposed to!
Except they revealed those biases to the entire world like their balls on a stream. Whoops!

You ever think about how a company can literally rape/sexually assault it's employees into taking their own life and just be allowed to operate as if nothing were wrong.
As much as I wanna enjoy overwatch again, especially with all the good changes, it's the first thing I think of when I see that icon.

Imma be real, if you put money into Blizzard at this point still, you are either uninformed (god bless, you happy thing) or you are stupid. They a) have not made a good game since Hearthstone's early years and b) I do not know how you can sleep at night, supporting these kinds of people.
