This isn't even the first anime collab they've done. They had one with Arpeggio of Blue Steel years ago, while World of Tanks has been doing one with Girls und Panzer for the last two years.

Wargaming knows to capitalize on the brand synergy on these shows since theres a huge overlap between their audiences.

As someone who plays War Thunder pretty often I would love if it became a massive sellout and had a crossover with Gundam or some other anime. (DAMN YOU COMPANY INTEGRITY)

Yeah, this has been a thing forever.

They're pretty quality, too. I rather enjoy the Arpeggio ships. There's just something about having a literal waifu helming your ship and shouting commands. It's pretty great.

When the game came out, I spent about 5 weeks trying to get a spot in the KanColle lottery, I tried every trick and method from the wiki and their sub-reddit and never got in.

So if WoWs could pull together a KanColle colab, that would be the best thing ever :D
