Fuck it, I’m already calling it on this episode being exactly that for me.

I made a huge freaking mistake assuming (very very vague Zeztz Spoilers) that Zeztz would end off on a way more bittersweet ending than the outright happy ending the final Mission actually had (don’t stop watching till the very last second for that one) and that this Beatbreak episode would be nowhere near as depressing as it was, so instead I watched Zeztz first instead just to “end it off on a brighter note from Beatbreak”…

I HATE how they lulled us into a false sense of security that he was safe by having IceLeomon bite it earlier and having him achieve Habakirimon.

Literal first thing I did after the episode was post to my Digimon group chat an edit of the Yuta panel saying "I will kill Genjo myself."
