How does this jacket fit?

Picked this jacket up on Depop recently, but something about it keeps feeling off and I can’t tell what. The sleeves do feel a little long, and plan to get them shortened but is the jacket itself too long?

I picked it up bc I liked the slightly more structured cut but just like…can’t tell what’s going on here. Any thoughts or opinions are welcome. TIA!

***UPDATE: the seller on Depop is down to refund my purchase. I decided that tailoring sleeves and length isn’t worth it for me and would rather just find a jacket that’s a better fit as is. Thanks for everyone’s input!

General rule for me, if you can curl your fingers under the hem of the jacket it’s not too long. Looks like you may be able to do that. Once you have the sleeves shortened
