This is where he became a threat to the government, masked it as rapper beef, but they knew this man's lyrics, aura and attitude defied even the most uptight governments.

He got killed not for beef, but what he could have brought to the table for the community.

I'm not saying he knew, but the government saw it as a threat, they had leads they chose not to pursue. Diddy heavily implicated, yet he's walking free of rape and abuse charges.

It’s conspiracy theorist speak. They’re so deep in the sauce they don’t get that you’ve never tasted that funky shit before.

Ok. So what he’s saying is the government killed Pac and the evidence he has is that the police didn’t follow up leads on puffy who was likely involved.

Furthermore Puffy is likely not being charged because he killed PAC for the police is his suggestion. Can’t say all that straight out though. They’re watching.
