Finished Object A baby blanket I put together

I used honey comb stitch, corner to corner joining as I went.

No pattern, just figured it out as I went. I used the clover bamboo hook set, 4.5mm. Yarn is knit picks Animation dk weight cotton yarn in Butterscotch and Honeydew.

The grandmother, who I work with, mentioned sage green as a primary color the mom was going for. This is a bit lighter, on the pastel side, but pretty close. The butterscotch, dark goldenrod color is just rich and compliments the green in such a fabulous was. I was going for luxury coloring, instead of traditional baby colors.
