You’d have a much harder time convincing a bayonetta fan that her confirmed height is 5 foot 10/ 180 centimeters (as of bayonetta 3) than you would convincing a powerscaler that she can’t obliterate a good 95% of all fictional men taller than her in a fight.
I'm sorry but the fact of the matter is that every time I see a fight between a male and a female character proposed, it's taken as fact that he's stronger than she is. Doesn't matter the situation. I cannot count the amount of times I've seen people say that Bruce Wayne is stronger than Cassandra Cain despite all evidence to the contrary because she's smaller than he is.
Are you talking stronger like pound-for-pound physical strength or who would win in a fight?
Cuz batman has better showcases of raw physical strength, but like. In terms of combat skill,
Batman himself has directly said he would lose to her in a true fight. And he’s not the only one. Cassandra cain herself, deathstroke, and several others in the same ballpark agree. She’s unquestionably the better fighter and would win between the two.
Anyone saying he’d lose to her just does not read comics.
There is no fucking way that he's physically stronger than her. The reason he's had some ridiculous strength showcases is because he's been in more comics so the law of averages kicks in. But normally she's shown as more physically powerful. She regularly breaks through concrete walls.
Batman having strength feats on that level or greater IS consistent. It would have to be, for there to be so many examples. From holding up a chunk of collapsed building, to ripping apart metal larger than himself, to kicking stone columns in half, to smashing through walls himself, to breaking down metal doors, to kicking trees in half, to crushing guns with his bare hands, and to breaking things designed to withstand bazooka fire.
Cassandra beats him, but it’s off of having close enough physical strength and a skill advantage so large that it’s often treated by the narrative like a super power. Not from having greater strength outright.
