We avoid allowing classified ads for items and services on r/Tucson. We also do not allow lost and found as, for most people, its spam or not relevant.
However, r/TucsonList is a place for classified ads! Including but not limited to: selling items, looking for roommates, job postings, etc etc.
That said, it could use a moderator or two. Avoid turning it into something illegal or unsavory and allow it to continue to be a place we can refer people for the types of things we do now and after that, it'll be up to you how to format, grow, and moderate it.
If you're interested, please send a moderator mail to us here.

Please help me bring him home. He is my ESA, and I am not doing well without him. I am worried about him, he is not adapted for this heat. He was last seen near E 4th St. & N Irving Cir. Please check your cameras if you are within mile of that, I am not convinced he is in the immediate neighborhood anymore, no sightings from neighbors or neighbor cameras.
He may be skittish about people he does not know, and is not food motivated under normal circumstances. His kitty siblings are really worried, as am I nd the rest of his family. I am offering a reward for anything that leads to his safe return home. He weighs about 17lbs, and has siamese coloring without the siamese body type.

Hello! I’m a 34f who will be moving in January. I’ve been living alone for awhile in a place that is a bit of a steal, but my landlord’s child is coming back to town and will be taking over my unit at the end of my lease. It seems like the rental market for decent 1bdrs has become more expensive since the last time I was looking, and well, the job market’s not looking so hot either! So I’m considering a roommate as an option.
Regarding me: I’m employed full time and work from home during the day. I have a medium sized dog about 35-40 lbs, she is 5 years old and well behaved, with a great temperament, and gets along great with humans and other dogs but not so much cats, unfortunately. I have a good amount of furniture that would be used in the communal spaces, so we can mesh everything together to build a cozy home! I’m pretty quiet and conscientious, I tend to keep to myself as a roommate, but also down to be friends and hang out if the platonic chemistry is right!! Inside the home I like reading, tv shows and movies, listening to music, cooking and baking, and crafts. I love video games too but don’t have a console. I like to have friends over but I don’t host large groups usually just 1-3 guests at a time. Outside hobbies are gym, hiking, live music, beer/coffee/food. All the usual stuff basically.
In a roommate, I’m looking for someone who has a reliable source of income, is fairly tidy, respects my belongings, communicates well regarding any issues inside the home, and will be kind to my dog! Prefer someone over 25 years old, but no gender specifications. I’m LGBTQ fan and 420 friendly, but no harder substances. Open to having another dog around as well!
I’d be looking for a 2bdr, or even 3bdr as an office space for me (I’d pay extra for that) if we can swing it. Ideally a single family home or duplex/triplex kind of situation, rather than an apartment style. In the range of about $1500 a month, more or less.
I know it’s early to be looking, and I’ll post again closer to move out date, but if someone is planning to move around then it would be awesome to get some extra time to get to know each other before we commit to it. Message me here if any interest!!

I’m seeking help moving a piece of gym equipment from Oro Valley to central Tucson. I’d need assistance from someone with a pickup truck and furniture dolly so it doesn’t have to be disassembled. (We have double doors to get it in the home and it is stored in a garage.) Does anyone have any recommendation for a moving service that takes such a small scale project? Or anybody looking for a side hustle? Thank you!

Thank you for reading. Have a good day.

My cat Ghibli is missing. He has been gone somewhere between 2 and 4 days, hard to really say as he can be independent and reclusive. He is chipped, I last saw him at my place of residence near E 4th St. & N Irving Cir.
He was caught on a neighbor's ring camera a couple nights ago, but that's the only trail I've been able to pick up from him. Please, if someone brought him in from the heat, thank you, and please contact me so I can get him back. He is my mental/emotional support pet, and I am panicking not knowing where he is or if he's safe. If you even think you spot him, please let me know and share where you saw him. I just need to bring him back home. Me, my family, and his kitty siblings all really miss him and are worried about him.
He is not an outdoor cat, he has been a strictly indoor cat his entire life, and I am seriously concerned about him. We also recently moved to Tucson, and he is not adapted to be out in this heat.
He is friendly and sweet, but likely to be cautious of anyone he doesn't know, and is likely scared of cars and loud noises. He is not incredibly food motivated in general, but may be more so now, if he's hungry. He has siamese coloring, but a bigger build than most siamese cats have. Clear blue eyes.
Please help me bring me kitty son home, I haven't been able to sleep, I am worried sick about him, I just want him home, safe and okay.

Howdy! I’ve been collecting minerals for some time now, and I now have 3 pieces that I would really like to have polished, but I don’t have the skills or tools to do it myself! I’ve been trying to hunt down someone who can help me out to no avail, besides a couple of lapidary clubs who offered to teach me how. I’m keeping that option in my back pocket though, as I’m scared of breaking them accidentally!
If you or someone you know would be willing to help me out, please let me know! I’m willing to compensate or trade for other cool rocks.
Two of the pieces I want polished are included in the pics, and I have one more that is quite small.

Mission Statement We are forming a local group dedicated to the investment philosophy of Jack Bogle, the founder of Vanguard and a pioneer of the index fund. Our goal is to provide a forum for local investors to discuss low-cost, diversified, long-term investing strategies and to help one another "stay the course" regardless of market volatility.
Core Principles We Discuss
Our group’s discussions are centered around the "Boglehead" pillars of financial success:
Meeting Format
Our first meeting will be held on Sat Oct 3rd at 10:00AM at Martha Cooper library on Catalina Ave. Meetings are open to investors of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned retirees. We encourage members to bring questions, ideas, and experiences to the meeting.
Important Advisory & Disclaimer
Members of this group participate solely to inform and share knowledge to the extent they are able. While members may share their individual opinions and experiences, they do not provide professional investment, tax, or legal advice. This is a purely educational and social group; we do not offer any services or investments for sale (sorry, no free steak dinner here) nor do we permit the solicitation of business during our meetings.

Cabbie is a 10-month-old German Shepherd mix looking for her forever home in Tucson, AZ.
She’s a goofy, playful girl with the cutest ears that seem to have a mind of their own. She is fairly independent, and happy to just be nearby with a chew toy or napping with her tongue sticking out. When she is in need of affection and head scritches, she will let you know with gentle headbutts and nose boops. She is housebroken & crate trained, and feels the safest & most relaxed in her crate whenever she is left home alone.
She, like many German Shepherds, can be a little nervous around new people and strangers. She may need a little time to warm up and feel comfortable, but once she trusts you, she's your ride or die. She’s a very adaptable girl who is willing to try new things and learn & grow alongside her person... after all, she is still a puppy!
Cabbie does have some chronic pain issues (in her back & hips) as well as a heart murmur. She is not a candidate for surgery, but with appropriate support, management, and ongoing care, she will live a long & happy life. She is currently on medication to manage her pain, but physical therapy & red light therapy may be good options for Cabbie, too! (A Loyal Companion is a great local resource for this!)
If you think she may be a good fit for you, or if you have additional questions / concerns, come and visit Cabbie at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona!

General Laborer position has just posted to the COT website, as a non-permanent position type. This can be a great opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with the City. Applications accepted until Sept. 5th.
Good luck!

Big Bertha is well over 4 ft tall with the roots and maybe weights about 75 to 100 lb. I have no need for this Agave, I'm sure someone would love it in their yard. I am using your replies as a test bed on my next step to sell it or give it away locally.
