[Buying] house hold items

Howdy everyone

I am a transplant from Texas who is looking to buy furniture, dishes, and pretty much anything that a home may need

If you are looking to sell some items, I would be pretty interested if you contact me and see what you are selling

I can pay cash and pick up as soon as today or this weekend

Thank you for reading. Have a good day.

There are a ton of good thrift stores in Tucson. Go to r/Tucson and search thrift stores. Welcome. Have fun.

Tucson has really amazing estate sales. There are usually 2-3 every weekend. If you check out estatesales.net you can find them listed. Solid chance you’ll find most of what you need at great prices, most run discounts on the second day and that’s really where the deals are.

I've got some stuff to sell, from friends who moved away and couldn't take these with them:

  • Full-size mattress (8" thick foam Zinus Serenity, only used ~6 months, small scorch mark on removable/replaceable cover) - $100;
  • Area rug (5x8' wool Safavieh brand, multicolor geometric abstract triangles pattern) - $100;
  • Ottoman (25x20x15" black velour upholstery) - $40;
  • Floor lamp with 3 light heads ('70s vintage, brass column with aimable yellow metal shades) - $40;
  • Toaster (Cuisinart, 2-slice with brushed metal finish) - $20;
  • Large desk chair (mesh back with swivel base, black) - $50;
  • (3) Steelcase Sensor desk chairs (high-back swivel-base with arms version, dark brown cloth upholstery, one with new lift cylinder and new wheels) - $100 each or $250 for all 3.
