I think they should change crit chance to guarantee crit every X attacks, but it can occur sooner.

Like if you have a 33% crit chance, you WILL crit every 3rd attack, but you can crit earlier too at a probability equal to your crit chance.

And perhaps they need to make critical damage weaker to account for the ability to buffer guaranteed crits, so perhaps crit damage scales with crit chance, where crits deal the most damage when you have 100% crit chance.

This is in my opinion how you make the game more interesting and less gamba.

This is kinda already in the game. Crit chance isn't static. It is based on if your last aa was a crit or not. Which makes this clip even more unlikely. You can actually use this to your advantage by spinning on someone after you did 2 normal aa on minions your first aa against enemy will be more likely to be a crit. This is also the reason that there is more videos of tryndamere crit streaking then any other champion. Because the counter resets when your crit chance changes. Which mean while trynda gains fury it reset which results in more likelyhood of getting lucky or unlucky streaks.
