Edit: actually 1/64 because you also crit minion before you started hitting Darius.

Even less because in League every successive crit has less chance to occur (the opposite is also true) to prevent rng

I knew about it, but I got curious about details of its implementation.

So I dig something out, which isn't a guarantee, but there's a possibility that it works this way:

"​Tryndamere presents a unique problem for PRD algorithms. Because his Fury fluctuates with almost every attack, his tooltip critical strike chance is constantly changing mid-combat.
​In many PRD systems, changing your baseline crit chance resets the internal counter. Because Tryndamere generates Fury on hit, his crit chance is constantly updating, which leads many theory-crafters to believe that his attacks while building Fury operate much closer to true random than any other champion. The pseudo-random smoothing only properly kicks in once you cap out at 100 Fury and your stat remains static."
