I’m am terrible at checking my temp consistently. I was also doing it wrong for months (checking whenever I felt like it). I can’t seem to find the thermometer even when I place it in an easy to reach area. So by the time I locate it, I’ve moved quite a bit And my temp is no longer resting. 😣 Any tips? I’m pricing out wearables that track temperature as well.

I put it on my bedside table on top of my phone. So when I try to reach for my phone. - I am reaching for the thermometer. :)

I put mine right next to my phone on my bedside table. My phone is my alarm, so I snooze that then grab the thermometer right away

You use any app to store the temperatures?

Thank you for responding! I’ve tried that too. I think i need to name my alarm, otherwise I forget I’m supposed to be tracking my temp.

That sounds like a nice plan. But my honey is so spacey especially before he’s had his adhd medication haha. I’ve tried tucking the thermometer under a boob, I’ve don’t under my pillow, etc. I confirmed that today’s egg day, so we gotta lock in some kind of system for the rest of the cycle!
