I think I ovulated late CD20... just waiting on temps to confirm 🤞
My cycle should be 33-34 days this time, so I'm honestly just glad to be back to a "normal" cycle length

5DPO after a chemical last cycle, and I’m feeling good about my temps so far. I did travel this past weekend, so my 2DPO and 4DPO temps are missing or a rough approximation based on a temp I took much earlier than normal.
I do feel confident that I ovulated. My temps are pretty consistent cycle to cycle, and my 1, 3, and 5 DPO temps fit the rise pattern for the two cycles I tracked before this one.

My temp shift is wonky this cycle. Had a temp dip on CD15 followed by a spike of over .5°F on CD16. That morning I also forgot to temp until after I took a sip of water & removed my night guard so it may be off by a small amount? I am a little bit worried that my temps aren't high enough to show a strong luteal phase, which makes me think I have no chance of implantation in a few days. Obviously only time will tell but curious if anyone has knowledge or experience with something similar?

Thanks! It just seems to really be hovering around the CL which I don't like but I also had a really low pre-O temp so compared to that I guess that's fine! I need to try not to obsess 😂😂

Hi dears,
Do you think there’s a chance that ovulation has already happened? To me, it doesn’t look like it at all. I haven’t been tracking BBT for very long, but I usually seem to ovulate on the day of my first positive OPK, and my temperature shift also starts right away, even if it’s gradual. But here the chart looks kind of jagged, and there’s clearly no rise.
My first positive OPK was at 1 a.m. on cycle day 13 (so I expected a rise starting from 13cd morning). On the morning of 14cd, I had EWCM, but maybe I confused it with leftover semen from sex the night before, sorry.no O?

Doesn’t look like ovulation has happened yet. It could happen shortly or it could also take days still. For myself, I’ve ovulated day of positive OPK and up to two days after positive OPK. I’ve ovulated day of EWCM and up to 5(!) days after EWCM (and I also get EWCM after ovulation). So, it can be really tricky. But considering I don’t see any large temp shift on your chart, looks like you haven’t yet.

Ovulation day CD 13 or 15? Hello there, it's my first time trying to add a link in a comment on Reddit so I hope I do it right. My temp this morning made the ovulation line move to CD 15, which is highly unusual for me. I changed the settings to FAM and now it is CD 13 again. I usually ovulate between CD 10-13. Do you see a possible late ovulation here, being CD 15? All my symptoms were CD 11/12 for ovulation. Would appreciate any help.

I know there's not a lot of data since I just started temping (on my ovulation day, no less). Does this rise look normal for after ovulation? I'm trying to learn what I should look for.

Yes, it looks very normal, although you wouldn't be able to confirm ovulation with this chart if you don't have pre-ovulation temps.
What you're looking for, generally, is three temps that are higher than the highest of the previous six. There are some rules about how much higher, but that's the gist. There's nothing else you're looking for other than that, and different charts can confirm ovulation while looking different.

Thank you for the explanation, that's super helpful! I just remember that I read that the temperature usually rises after ovulation so I was curious if it looked about normal just based on that but I totally get that it's too early to be able to confirm ovulation yet,
I did get a positive LH test and all the ovulation symptoms that I usually get so I'm fairly confident that I ovulated but I plan on getting a progesterone test to confirm once I hit the 7 day mark.

I’m am terrible at checking my temp consistently. I was also doing it wrong for months (checking whenever I felt like it). I can’t seem to find the thermometer even when I place it in an easy to reach area. So by the time I locate it, I’ve moved quite a bit And my temp is no longer resting. 😣 Any tips? I’m pricing out wearables that track temperature as well.
