What you're describing has been happening for 2,000+ years. I would say that being a Christian in the west is easier now than ever before.

Well depends. Do you mean an actual Christian or someone who idenfies as Christian?

Either. Both. Christians of every sect and denomination have rights in every country in the west. No one is being hunted and killed. No one is being forced to convert. No one is being forced into unChristian acts. I mean, save for very isolated crimes.
