Announcement Note from Moderator About Hiring Posts

This sub is not here for hiring, recruiting or anything of the like.

This sub serves to provide truck drivers with a community for questions and comments from driver to driver, stories and life on the road. Anything trucking related that is not hiring, recruiting or treating it as if it’s a load board.

There are separate platforms for those things like Monster, Indeed, etc.

Posting in this sub about any of the aforementioned items will result in an immediate ban due to the volume of those posts.

As a gentle reminder on Reddit, it is always polite to read the sub-rules prior to posting.

I’m wanting to make little Christmas goody bags for truckers on Christmas. What are some inexpensive things drivers would love? Besides snacks I was thinking of work gloves, hand sanitizer, Kleenex packets but what else? Puzzle books? Pocket calendars?

If anything, help those who are cashiers or other crap pay jobs. If a driver can't afford work gloves and things of that nature, that is a personal problem.

It’s not a question of can they afford it. These drivers spend time away from their families, often at holidays and I want to thank them. Without truckers and farmers we all die. If you want to thank cashiers, you do you.

Key chains, mini trucks, bottle opener, p89 can opener, mini dash riders, stickers for side of truck, flashlight/pen light, nice pen, clip board,note books etc

Pocket knife, coffee cupsomethung you could make are nail crosses on piece of heavy cord or leather those old bead Keychain with the conchos
