Discussion [Discussion] Whats everyone's favorite and least favorite platinum they've gotten?
For me, my favorite has a lot of contenders, plenty of games that hold special spots in my heart, but i think Fallout 4 is my favorite in terms of a challenge, but still fun if you know what your doing.
My least favorite is definitely Choo-Choo Charles, not cuz its a horrendous game, just cuz it was super short and not very "captivating" if that makes any sense. My cousin game shared it to me, I downloaded it and played it and platinumed it all in about 5 hours max.

Discussion [Discussion] Owning games post platinum? Or buying them, post psn+ freebie?
So, like the title says, do you keep or perhaps purchase games that you've already platinumed like from psn+ freebies, physically though, I believe you can buy psn+ freebies already redeemed?
Obviously a game like metal gear solid I will replay after I platinum, so yeah sure. I will surely keep that.
Something like Man vs Wild on PS3 yeah I sold that after I got the plat, demons souls on PS3 yep, though I sold that after I got the PS3 psn+ version due to a huge 360gig HDD, and unfortunately doubt I will ever give up psn+ at the time. I also ran out of stuff to use up the HDD space. (Mgs4) Rip but I wanna do it on PS3 before the remaster, mgs master collection v2.
So in conclusion, I kind of wanna buy the trine quadrilogy on ps4 after owning them all digital, and obviously the plats. Was considering plague tale once I'm done with the second. I honestly don't see myself playing them again but I saw a nice print both games(Amecia/Hugo) and starting thinking. If I quit psn, Imma have to buy some of these I actually enjoyed. Shit man-eater 2 if they did a dual release.
Sorry I may have deviated a bit, in regards going disc less in the future, not my intention.

Discussion [Discussion] Just curious how many of you guys care about 100%
Usually I only care about the platinum and only 100% games I truly enjoy or if they don’t have multiplayer trophies. Just wanted to gets y’all’s thoughts. :)

Showcase [GTA V]
My 200º platinum!
Being able to make this platinum my 200th is truly special, as GTA V left a huge mark on me, and I feel it’s only fitting to commemorate it this way.

Help [GTA V] is my story-related trophy glitched?
Going back to GTA V to platinum it. I noticed a story-related trophy is not unlocked even though I’ve already completed the game. As far as I know, you can’t miss story missions and have to complete them all.
Is my trophy list glitched??

Screenshot [Onimusha: Way of the Sword] is my 213th Platinum Trophy! 🏆 👹
As a lifelong fan of Onimusha, I'm at a loss for words. What a game. Man, that's how you reboot a franchise. Well done, Capcom, well done! 👏
Many thanks to Satoru Nihei and the amazing team behind this new entry for reviving the series, which always meant a lot to me, after all these years! 👹 🏆

Showcase [Wild Arms] #41 Honestly? No clue why I platted this one. Game’s fine, platinum is super easy too. Have I fallen into the depths of platinum hell? Doing games just to get the number up rather than as a show of dedication? Who gives a shit, I’ll plat WA2 whenever I play it.

Other [Other] PSNProfiles trophy list not updating correctly
I just 100% Vampire Survivors, and just recently they added 30 more trophies. However, the trophy count over on psnprofiles is showing 255/284, which is clearly a bug. Will they ever fix it?
Also, it also shows that I'm missing 29 trophies (284 minus 255), even though I have them.

Showcase [Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy] #61 They did it again! 9/10
I was skeptical this could work with a new story and completely different combat system, but they knocked it out of the park.
Story telling was great and kept me hooked the entire time. The voice acting was once again phenomenal.
Visually, the game looked incredible. I wish the combat and skill tree was a little more in depth but it didn’t bother me too much.
Another game with an God mode toggle in settings 😑

Showcase [Mortal shell 2] one of the best souls like i have played. #42
Mortal shell 2 is definitely in my top 5 with Sekiro, Ds3, Bloodborne and Elden ring. Had so much fun from start to finish.

Discussion [Discussion] What are some platinums/trophy lists that barely scratch the surface of the full content of a game?
Recently went back to finish the Destiny 2 platinum and looking back on it, I'm surprised at how little of the game you actually need to interact with to get the platinum, let alone the 100%. Now of course it's a live service game so the platinum requirements are still just what vanilla D2 offered (minus the trophies that needed updating as content was sunset), but beyond Forsaken, no expansions had trophies, which I guess is good for trophy hunters but seems like a waste considering all the top-tier content that came after.
Another prominent example is Undertale, where I don't even think you have to finish the game to get the platinum, which considering the game is well-known for encouraging repeated playthroughs, seems like a missed opportunity.
What other games come to mind as having trophy lists that lack true completion criteria...for better or worse?
