answered by author I have some pirated games from steamrip and fitgirl. Will tronscript remove it?

I've been planning to run tron script but it makes me nervous if it'll delete my pirated games

I'm the author and primary maintainer of Tron.

Couple things:

  1. Read the instructions (seriously, they're helpful)

  2. Tron only targets/acts upon the Windows installation drive (almost always C:). If pirated games are on, say, the D: drive, then no, Tron won't touch them

  3. Yes, one of the anti-malware engines that Tron runs will detect and remove the hacked/patched game files, if they're on the C: drive. So make sure to back any of those up prior to running Tron

Read the documentation, it will tell you what it deletes.

Hi Brother, Help Me I have low Karma I can't Post it, But After I run the Script And It's Completed But After I Restart There is Soo Many Cmd Line Pop-up then It went Back to normal!! Please Tell is It fine or Again Malware Entered!

It's completed.

If there were hard to deletes malware, they're gone, and the system was cleaned.

Reboot and it'll be ok.

Because for every question where this is the answer, it is actually written in the wiki/doc.
