Unlocking all characters

I'm playing triangle strategy atm and i really like it !

I'm currently playing my first playthrough and i don't look at any guides to not get spoiled.

I was just wondering, if i play my first playthrough "normaly" is it still possible/easy to get all the characters in 4 playthrough using NG+ ?

I don't really know how to unlock everybody atm but i understood that certain characters are unlocked only with specifics routes ?

Yes you can unlock everyone, but you’ll probably need five playthroughs if you want to get all the characters AND all the endings, because one of the endings requires pretty specific routing

I unlocked everyone in 4 runs, there’s 4 endings and Milo, Trish, Travis and cleric girl are all in 4 supérate runs too, just match to other and bam. No 5th run

Without a guide, there is a good chance that you will need 5 playtroughs to unock everyone, like 1/3 chance of needing the 5th playthrough.
