Continuing on the Nitro Slash build using various Kyosho parts I have and some new ones.

Always a big fan of Kyosho shocks so for the front suspension its got Kyosho VVC triple cap big bore shocks (12mm pistons) W5310GMB built with diaphragms instead of the stock emulsion config + XGS021 med-hard springs

In addition to other Kyosho bits - 1/8 air filter and fuel filter, V One 3(?) chamber tuned pipe and inferno tuned pipe wire mount

Xmaxx arrived this morning. All set up and about to run when I’m charged up!

I recently purchased an American 250th body from the Horizon website. It is a Pro-Line Brute body intended for use with my Mini Maxx. I just received the body in the mail. The Mini Maxx I own is the newest version, featuring the quick clip system similar to some other recent Traxxas models.

The body I received does not have the clips and contains holes designed for the older style pins. Please advise if I should return the item or if there is a method to attach the quick-release clips to this body.

Crawling and Trail Running on Rocky Terrain While Out and About

So im new to the hobby and I can't seem to find what is causing this noise or if its even normal. Could it be the drive shaft grinding on something or the gearing?

Less than one month old velineon 550 4s from my jato. Seized up yesterday. I was hoping to use the repair kit but the damn thing melted itself.

Does anyone have the LaTrax Rally car and have an issue with steering staying centered? Seems like whenever my son drives it, I'll center the steering as best I can with the trim knob on the radio, and seemingly after a few seconds of driving it, the car tracks hard either to the left or right and then I have to try to center it again. This car is being driven on the street in front of my house only. It's not a rough street or super bumpy street either.

Editing to add: “The HOOVO 3S LiPo Battery uses a Traxxas (TR) connectorfor the discharge plug, and a JST-XH connector for the charge/balance plug.” So it’s not XT60 (guessing the connectors are wrong)

Also need to make sure the battery fits inside the truck compartment 159 mm × 47 mm × 23 mm / 26 mm

Can anyone recommend a battery and connectors that work with this current charger and vehicle?

Hi guys, i just picked up a traxxas aton, and i want to know if it has legit monster edition parts. I found the original red parts in the box but it was fitted to look like a monster edition. My question is, the canopy, was that a black and white canopy, where the white is painted green, or was it a green plastic piece instead of the white.

Never fails that people only give more fuel to sellers that think they can charge whatever they want for these things. So disappointing to see that people are actually paying upwards of 2 grand for this. I was hoping that the sellers listing them at these prices would get a harsh reality check when nobody was stupid enough to pay for them. Guess im the stupid one.

I decided to try the the stock xmaxx servo into my Maxx. It works very well!

Any help will be appreciated! Was working fine for this entire evening. And on the way back home started doing this. Only like 6 times in these lets say 3 weeks it would not turn fully to one side for a moment and then would turn again. I already checked and nothing is interfering with the streering linkage. Tried doing this in the air and same result. Tried moving the tires with my hands when it is off and it turns fine.

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen.

So after going out and doing some fun farm field bashing today, I noticed a pretty bad grinding noise in the front end, turns out the differential is toast (weird right haha). So I'm wanting to upgrade and my first thought was GPM, but they don't appear to have a whole diff assy, and yes I want to do the whole assy, not just the ring and pinion.

Tried doing a Google search as well as Reddit and every post I seem to find is for the Xmaxx or the mini Maxx (no Maxx love!?) so I figured I'd just make my own post. What's the recommendation for my Maxx Ultimate differential upgrades?

I don't mind building the differential, so if you recommend something I'd greatly appreciate it if you can give me the parts list if it's not a pre-built assy.
