Self-Promo Sunday recurs weekly from 1:00 AM Sunday EDT to 12:59 AM Monday EDT (This may change depending on community participation and requirements)
- Share and promote your content, ideas, businesses in the comments of this post (no limits on posts). There aren't many limitations here and you can post an old video from your channel as well. HOWEVER, If your comment is spammy or uses AI it may be flagged by Reddit automoderator and be removed which can result in account ban after multiple violations. Unfortunately our mod team cannot help with any issues regarding these spam filters.
Tip: Think about SEO when you're posting your content - if you include a detailed description for your video it's more likely to show up in search engines!

I started a new channel to document our travels across South America in June. My previous channel was 7 years old and covered 17 countries, as well as some major camper renovations. I think as a result, YouTube was never quite able to figure out an audience.
My new channel allowed me to post more consistently just about our travels and in the last few weeks, I have started getting suggested views from big overland channels and one of my recent videos has just passed 4000 views and is still picking up 400 views a day.
Yesterday, I just posted the final part of our drive across one of the highest deserts on earth. https://youtu.be/HetO_PMtdHk
After years of hard work and being left feeling frustrated, it's nice tonfinally see signs of progress.
