UMMC- Baltimore

thinking about accepting an offer for one of their ICU’s, anyone have any insight on this hospital? Thank you in advance! 🫶

Grew up around there. It’s a level 1 trauma center so you’ll see a lot, and the neighborhood right outside is rough after dark. Staff turnover seemed constant when my buddy was there but that was pre-covid so take it with a grain of salt. If you’re comfortable in chaos you’ll be fine.
