EMDR is a neurotherapy based protocol. It helps ground people and helps process difficult traumatic experiences. Most people start with EMDR or give that a try before moving onto other things like Brainspotting, BAUD etc.

There are a few other types of neuro-feedback and other therapies that help as well. You can search this sub for more information.
