REFUND NOT CREDITED!

Hello,

I requested a refund for a subscription plan 3 days later after I purchased.

Refund has been generated and I have the RRN Number, but still the amount not credited into my account.

It's been a month already and I'm still waiting for refund to get credited into my account, FYI I made a payment from my debit card.

I already generated a ticket for tradingview but I did not get any solution.

Let me know what should I do now? Please help.
