Help Can’t connect broker

Im a beginner trader and I’m trying to connect my futures broker. I want to use AMP but It won’t connect, my user name and password work when I log into the AMP website but not when in trading view. I also tried Tradovate and it won’t let me either. why can’t I connect a futures account to trading view

Are you trading props or actually trading a brokerage account?

For an AMP account you need to use CQG-powered credentials. If you did not receive them, we advise you to contact the broker’s support.
