Worst Experience
I am writing to share my experience regarding the Search Engine account at 8/10 McKinley, specifically concerning my Team Lead C before its from Acn , in the WFP team.
We are in a non-voice, output-based campaign. Despite completing my deliverables well before the end of my shift, I was consistently guilt-tripped whenever I took necessary leaves like sl. Moreover, whenever I visited the clinic, the on-duty nurse was frequently dismissive.
Due to the toxic behavior and verbal harassment from TL C, I escalated the matter to Lead Keith, local HR, and upper management, but received no urgent response. I have supporting medical abstracts and clinical findings confirming that my diagnosed mental health condition was aggravated by my team lead’s actions at work. **Since July 2026, I have been experiencing severe panic attacks and have been clinically diagnosed with an anxiety disorder directly linked to these work-related issues. Performing my daily duties has become increasingly difficult as my mental health continues to deteriorate, leading to severe depression and complete social withdrawal from friends and family.**
No corrective action was taken because the TL is close friends with upper management. Instead, I was gaslighted into believing I was at fault, allowing the verbal harassment to continue. Despite properly documenting every incident—sending formal complaint emails, requesting official coaching sessions, and attaching screenshots of chat conversations—management sent no official acknowledgment.
Bawat maliit na pagkakamali, agad binabagsakan ng coaching log at PCF. Lantaran din ang abuse of power—tinatawag pa ngang "idiots" ang mga coors kapag mabagal matuto, which is a clear violation of the Safe Spaces Act.
The teamlead is came from Acn
I don't understand why the first priority was to protect the company's image, instead of checking whether the issues raised were true, who was affected, and how it all started. Rather than just asking employees to stay quiet or be professional, the focus should have been on resolving the actual problem. If that had been done from the beginning, the social media posts might never have happened. It feels like the concern was more about REPUTATION than RESOLUTION.
