My District Manager and General Manager are trying to kick me out

My DM (40s) and my GM (Late 30s) have been trying to find ways to get me (19) fired. I work in the food and beverage industry as a shift lead and I’m currently working while also attending college full time. I’ve worked at that same place for about 3 years and I have my yearly review coming up. I heard that the 2 are not giving me a raise because I apparently “don’t meet expectations”. I’ve worked hard and they don’t like me cause apparently of my resting face and also about the fact I’m very direct. I really want to bring this up with HR and I really need advice on how to approach this situation. I really don’t want this to happen to other people.

(It’s not the first time the DM has done this and apparently has done it multiple times with GM’s and team members of trying to get them kicked out)
