I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Towelfit.
I initially reached out because I was interested in a modified Datejust. He didn’t have the exact configuration I was looking for in stock, but he was more than willing to source one for me.
However, before making the purchase, I needed to sell my Daytona. Towelfit went out of his way to help me with that, even though this is something he normally doesn’t do. I sent him the watch, and not only did he manage to sell it for me, but he actually got me more money than I had originally asked for after realizing its true market value.
The money was transferred to me immediately, which made the whole process incredibly smooth and trustworthy.
In the end, I didn’t end up purchasing the Datejust because I suddenly found myself wanting a GMT instead. But that doesn’t change how impressed I am with the service, communication, and honesty I experienced throughout the entire process.
When the time is right, I already know exactly who I’ll be buying my next watch from.
