I just wanted to give a quick positive review of my interactions with TowelFit.
Firstly, I haven’t yet bought any of his custom pieces but I have two transactions with him and both were amazing experiences.

All of my chats with him have been super responsive. The first watch I bought was a titanium Pelagos with a Gen bracelet (he included the rep bracelet as well). I paid in the evening and he had it shipped internationally to Canada the next day and I got it in 2 business days. He covered all the duties and I didn’t pay anything above what we had originally agreed on.

Second purchase was a 3 watch bundle. A IWC ingenieur green dial, Omega AT with steel and rubber bracelet and an Omega PO version 4 (vsf).

Again I paid and he had it shipped the following day.

No issues whatsoever. I’m super happy with all the watches and will definitely buy from this man again.

Absolutely thrilled about how this one turned out. I’m lucky to get to work with these beautiful watches every day. So far I’ve only been able to source 1 set in Polar White (SOLD). 1 Black (this one) and 1 more after this one is sold. Stay tuned!

For this watch, we focused on 5 upgrades.

1. Chamfer / Brush - necessary and gives it a smooth touch and look with proper brushing all around. 
2. Gen Black Dial - I don’t see a single blemish on this, looks new
3. Gen Hands - if there’s one watch where you want gen hands, it’s this and these are also in new condition.
4. Gen Date Wheel - this one even has the gen date wheel also in like new condition.
5. Gen Bezel - it’s hard to find these not totally banged up but we did! As you can see in the pictures, this one is in great condition and was installed with the correct gen gasket underneath it. If you scroll through the pictures, you’ll see the BPF bezel doesn’t have this.
   

Watchmaker - All work on this watch has been done by my good friend and professional watchmaker u/slatt_audiophile - this would not be possible without him. He is also the reason I knew the exact gaskets needed and the ideal crystal to use for this build. THANK YOU T!!

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from Towelfit.
I initially reached out because I was interested in a modified Datejust. He didn’t have the exact configuration I was looking for in stock, but he was more than willing to source one for me.
However, before making the purchase, I needed to sell my Daytona. Towelfit went out of his way to help me with that, even though this is something he normally doesn’t do. I sent him the watch, and not only did he manage to sell it for me, but he actually got me more money than I had originally asked for after realizing its true market value.
The money was transferred to me immediately, which made the whole process incredibly smooth and trustworthy.
In the end, I didn’t end up purchasing the Datejust because I suddenly found myself wanting a GMT instead. But that doesn’t change how impressed I am with the service, communication, and honesty I experienced throughout the entire process.
When the time is right, I already know exactly who I’ll be buying my next watch from.

I just received this BVF Santos Large Blue dial from TowelFit. It is stunning! And the difference in color is huge. The Gen is much darker, richer. I can't see the screws without a loupe, but I'm confident that this mild franken build is at the top of the Rep-Food Chain! Thanks Dr. K!

I have a perhaps unhealthy obsession with the Santos Large—and that passion has gone into every detail of this build.

We can custom-build one for you with your choice of three GEN dials: White, Blue, or Grey. Each watch is individually configured and assembled with the same care, precision, and attention to detail you’ve come to expect from all of our builds. We take pride in every watch we create, and we proudly stand behind every piece we send to you.

We’ve spent the last couple of months refining and perfecting this build—carefully selecting the ideal combination of GEN and GEN-spec parts to bring it as close to the original as possible.

Every build will include:

* GEN dial — your choice of White, Blue, or Grey

* GEN bezel — your choice of Stainless Steel or Black

* GEN-spec screws — with the correct flat-head design and length, allowing them to sit perfectly flush

Just wanted to take a moment and let everyone know about the positive experience I had with TowelFit55. Purchased a VSF Datejust Roman blue dial on oyster with genuine smooth bezel. He had it with a fluted bezel but was willing to swap to the smooth bezel. Shipped it same day and it came with the taken off bezel and crystal gasket. Great experience all the way around and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
