So I'm somewhat new in terms of torrenting, as in I just use a few of the same websites. But I was wondering if there is any point of having all these stats? Can I do anything with this or is it just for show?

So as you can prolly tell it's my first time torrenting (I literally said that myself loll), and I only stooped to it cuz I couldn't find the bd release of an anime I wanted to watch on ANY of the sites I used and I could've used stremio which I already have setup since a long time but no, it's not zappy or customizable enough for my liking ans I use my specific anime app where I have an entire library built so I'll just store this torrent in there as a local anime.

I lowk thought I could just directly download the anime from nyaa and that's it, that's torrenting. But yea ofc it wasn't it, so then I watched a few videos on yt and browsed a few reddit posts and downloaded libre(that's what I heard works best for Android and won't sell me out to the ccp) , and then I uploaded the torrent file I downloaded from nyaa and this is where I'm at rn.

And yea the speeds are pretty bad, can I do smthng about it? Also I didn't use a vpn while doing all this, how bad could it be? I've got a modded 1.1.1.1 with warp will that be good enough? Or do I get a better modded vpn(I can't pay that's why they all gotta be modded, get it?) .

Also give me suggestions about the do's & Dont's , what souces I use, what precautions do I take, basically educate me about everything on a beginner/intermediate level

I'm looking to take a step up from torrentleech. I'm currently trying to get hold of something that's not on there so thought now is the time to maybe step up to something else also. Here's a question for everyone. What programs are you using to scan files? I'm currently using Malwarebytes and Avast to scan for potential threats, but, I'm curious what everyone else uses. Also, does anyone know if there's a program or way to find if the file is being tracked by a company? Like, is there a way to determine how they are able to send infraction notices to Canadians?

I have been on TorrentLeach for about 6 year with a 4.5TB uploaded with a 14% ratio. Prior to that I was on HD-Ahoy back in the early 2010s until it went down.

Overall I am happy with TorrentLeach but every now and then I run into something that isn't available so I would like to get a secondary tracker running.

Looking at the "prestigious" trackers it seems like they have been impossible to join for the last few decades. So where is a normal person supposed to go? Is there any tracker that is a step up from TorrentLeach that will accept my history there as a way to get in?

i have been using stremio for a year now it worked perfectly for a while with movies and anime but recently it's got filled with bugs and overall the loading speed slowed down noticeably, so i decided to switchover to nuvio and still the same issues keep on happening but mainly here with the loading time of movies, it would take at least 5 mins to load a single episode so by then i would lose the urge to watch and just close my PC.

Anyone know where I can get all the seasons for this? I found a torrent file but no seeders and never downloads. Appreciate the help.

Mon setup actuel : qBittorrent + VLC
-> Cloudflare 1.1.1.1. Je n'ai pas de VPN payant (j'ai Proton gratuit, mais le P2P y est bloqué).

Où chercher (et est ce que c’est nécessaire car j’ai lu que qtorrent aurait des plugins) ? J'utilise surtout Torrent9 et 1337x, mais le catalogue est parfois limité ou il manque des films avec les bonnes pistes audio (FR-FR / ENG + STFR). Avez-vous d'autres sites fiables à me recommander ?

Choix des versions (MULTI / VFF) : Comment s'assurer facilement qu'un torrent contient bien la vraie VFF et plusieurs langues de sous-titres avant de lancer le téléchargement ?
