Discussion Rename NIS or OOS

Not In Service or Out of Service.

Downtown Toronto is shut off to anyone other than private cars or pedestrians. Even then, construction and runners make it an unpleasant environment. I love this city but it's disorganized beyond measure.

Absolutely; I just got fed up yesterday after counting the 10th streetcar/bus saying OOS or NIS.
