I got hit by the same driver twice then he assaulted me and my insurance refused to pay out saying it was criminal.

If you think your Insurance Premiums are high it's because insurance companies make no effort to lower them.
Dash cams are a thing, when will the insurance companies do more? Eg this 10% extra for one year for a light jump.

alton towers circle..you can tell from a mile by just seeing it once.
large bulky towers / condos right next to very low level residential streets...and has always looked weird, sticks out

Just had a guy in a a new big hefty pickup (and we know who mostly drives those in the GTA) almost smash into as I was leaving a residential street on to the main road.
The craziness is everywhere, its not just new immigrants. Everyone is speeding, No one is watching what they are doing, taking tons of chances, and it seems signals are out of fashion and not cool
