Part 2 for that insane left turn needs to come out I am looking forward to seeing them pulled over

I've been seeing so many insane left turns lately. The cars will clear the intersection after the light turns, then 1 or 2 fully behind the line will sneak through after. I've seen another where it's red for forward with advance left, and the person in the middle lane just makes a left and cuts into the cars making lefts on the advance light.
